Hello,

It seems I have two apps for Notes- one is noted with a "(New)" tag. I only need one and don't want to waste the computer space on an additional app. how do I remove one. I went into control panel to see what I could uninstall and neither app was listed. Please advise.- MG

    Hi! Let me help you.

What are the exact names of the two apps as they appear in the Start menu (for example, Sticky Notes and Notes (New), or something else)?

    To remove one of them:

Press Windows + I to open Settings.

Go to Apps > Installed apps.

In the search box, type Sticky Notes or Notes.

If Microsoft Sticky Notes appears, click the ⋮ (three dots) next to it and choose Uninstall.

If only Notes (New) appears and that's the version you want to keep, leave it installed.
