How can I find out how many cals I have in my standard windows server 2019?

Windows Cals are not installed or tracked anywhere in windows (honor system) you'll need to check the documentation on windows Cals that were purchased. Also you'll want the documentation handy in case of an audit.

The only way to find this out is to contact the License center where you made the purchase. Windows Cals are not installed or tracked anywhere except via the documentation that came with your purchase.
