Email was hacked and I changed password. Now all incoming mail goes to trash.

Hi,

Typically, this is caused by a rule. Check in your Outlook 365 or New Outlook too if you use it. The rule with the name of symbols like a dot is hard to spot.

For Outlook on the web:

  • Open Outlook on the web.
  • Click Settings (gear icon).
  • Select MailRules.
  • Review all existing inbox rules, delete them all.
