Hi, I'm John! I will help you with this.

You can repair Office from Control Panel using these steps:

    • Press Windows key + R, type appwiz.cpl then press Enter.
    • Find Microsoft 365 or Microsoft Office in the list.
    • Select it, then click Change at the top.
    • Choose Quick Repair first, then click Repair.
    • After it finishes, restart the computer and test Office again.

If Quick Repair does not fix it, repeat the same steps and choose Online Repair. Please note that Online Repair can take longer and needs internet connection.

May I ask what problem are you trying to fix with Office? Is it affecting Word only, or all Office apps?
