I am trying to download eApp Setup.msi and it's sayting that it isn't able to download. I need this software for my new job, so it's very important.

Where are you trying to download eApp Setup.msi from, a specific company website, a link your employer sent you, or somewhere else?
Also click on start menu and type Winver

It says "site isn't available." I'm trying to download it from the company website that I will be working for. This is the only thing that pops up when I search Winver.
The error message says "Unknown server error" coming directly from the website, this means the problem is on their server, not on your PC or browser.
Try using a different browser to see if the problem persists; if it does, contact your company's IT support.
