How do I remove parent control from my account that was added so I will not get locked out from 9am-8am?

If your account is being restricted by Microsoft Family Safety, you cannot remove the parental controls yourself if your account is set up as a child account. The family organizer (parent) must either change the settings or remove you from the family group.
