Start Button not working

Question

Hello, my start button recently stopped working. i cannot use any win + shortkeys to perform an action. i can start apps in my taskbar i can also open the arrow on the bottom right. i tried restarting win explo and restarting my computer but nothing helped. this is a very serious issue and i rlly need help

got to command prompt and paste below commands one by one then restart your pc. then try and update.

1. sfc /scannow - copy this command paste in command prompt once done restart you pc try.
2. DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth - suppose not working for above solution try this command and restart your pc then try.

Does the issue persist in a new Local account?

1. Open the Settings app by clicking on the Start menu and selecting the gear icon.
2. Click on "Accounts."
3. Click on "Family & other users" in the left-hand menu.
4. Under "Other users," click on "Add someone else to this PC."
5. Select "I don't have this person's sign-in information."
6. Click on "Add a user without a Microsoft account."
7. Enter a username and password for the new account.
8. Click on "Next" and then "Finish."

The new local account will now be added to your Windows PC.
