I have had multiple problems logging into install visio trial

Question

I tried to log in to install Visio. Got to a Copilot page which was confusing.

When I finally got to a login in it required a PIN

Used forgot pin to try and update PIN. While entering required information the screen would revert to previous screen

Locked in a forever loop while trying to use one of your prodects.

I have wasted an hour on this mess

As you have shared, I understand that you were trying to install a Visio trial, but instead of reaching a straightforward installation process, you were redirected through several sign in pages, encountered a PIN request, and then became stuck in a repeated cycle when attempting to reset the PIN.

To confirm the situation and suggest the troubleshooting steps in the right direction, may I confirm a few points: 

1/ Which version of Visio are you trying to install? For example, Visio Plan 1 Trial, Visio Plan 2 Trial, Visio Standard, or Visio Professional.

2/ Are you using a personal Microsoft account or a work/school account to sign in?

3/ When the PIN prompt appears, does it mention "Windows Hello" anywhere on the screen? Is the PIN request appearing in a Windows security pop up window, or directly inside the web browser page?

4/ When you select "Forgot PIN", does the process return to the previous screen immediately, or does it happen after entering specific information?

5/ Do you see any error message or code before the page returns to the earlier screen?
