Hi there

I was asked to update my payment on my Microsoft account. The renewal subscription is only due in November this year. Why was I asked to update my payment and not able to login to my Microsoft account. I can't open the Microsoft products.

Please assist urgently.

    Can you please confirm where you are getting the sign-in error?

    Is it when signing in at https://account.microsoft.com/services, or only when opening Word, Excel, or Outlook?

    Also, what is the exact error message you see? If possible, please attach a screenshot, but make sure to hide your email address, payment details, and any security codes.
