Phantom page

I have been trying to get copilot to pull information off of sites. It says it cannot do so because there is a phantom page with a -1 and I cannot find it to close it. I have closed all pages except the copilot page and one other. It says it cannot read. I have rebooted computer after closing all pages and it says it is still there. Sometimes it says itself is the phantom page. therefore, it does not help me with gathering information. I am at the point of do it all myself or using a different AI that will cooperate and preform tasks and processes as requested. it may be Microsoft Edge 11 not 10.
