I configured chrome device configurations and assigned to device based group. One device got workload shift done. Post workload shift done, Intune started pushing the chrome configuration. No configurations created for user, but after restart the device receiving user configurations applied for chrome. Not sure from where it is getting applied.

Rahul Jindal 11,721 Reputation points2026-07-03T22:10:42.3333333+00:00 Device settings will apply to all user profiles. So unless you are seeing a user setting that shouldn’t propagate from device settings then this is the default behaviour.
