I cannot send emails due to the send, add file etc icons not showing on email to be sent,

I can receive emails but cannot send or reply to emails

Is sending a Windows live mail email no longer available

Do I have to move to Outlook

    Hello

    Are you referring to Windows Live Mail or Outlook email app?

    If it is Live Mail, this is an app that has been retired by Microsoft years ago. Many email services, including outlook.com/hotmail.com now requires modern authentication (OAuth2), if the email app doesn't support it, it will work. Since Live Mail is old and outdated, it definitely doesn't meet the OAuth2 requirement.

    Consider using the New Outlook email app instead.
