I was billed for Office 365 yesterday, and I did not want this service. I removed my payment info and canceled it, but was still billed. I want a refund.

    Please check this page first: https://account.microsoft.com/services Sign in using the Microsoft account that was charged. Then check if the Microsoft 365 subscription still shows as active, canceled, or expired.

    What exactly are you seeing on that page? Do you see the subscription listed there, and is there any refund or cancel option showing?
