I just purchased an upgrade to my 365 to allow for family sharing. My macOS is 13.7.8 and when I try to install it says it requires minimum version 14. Can I get a version comparable with my current OS?

Not really, the older unsupported office versions will go read only later this month due to expiring certificates.

If you are unable to upgrade your Mac OS to a later version, the last version of Office that will work on MacOS Ventura is 16.101, that is available on the long table on this link to all the downloadable versions from the Microsoft servers.

However, Microsoft have indicated on the 13th of this month, the older versions of Office will switch to Read Only mode and you would not be able to create new documents or edit previously created documents.
