problem logging into instagram

I recently changed my phone and for my safety I use the Authenticator app to log into my Instagram account with codes that change the numbers every 30 seconds, but when I use the codes they are not accepted by Instagram, I've tried to log in all the times forms using the app codes and even the reserve codes provided by Instagram won't go, I don't know what else to do since I live on Instagram to survive and take my income, it's literally my livelihood that makes me live, please me help, the Instagram team said that my account is no longer linked to the app, I would like to know if you could help me with valid codes to use my Instagram account again
Please help me!!!!
