My microsoft account has been hacked, the hacker having added an email, replaced my primary email with it, and subsequently removed both my email and phone number, locking me out of the account entirely

i have proof of this, proof of my ownership of the account, and multiple devices showing further ownership and attachment to the account, i need a recovery expert immediately
