    Hi ,

    Search for msinfo32.exe in the search bar, take a screenshot, and post it here so can see the correct laptop model or desktop configuration.

    Go to Start Menu > Settings > System > Troubleshoot > Other troubleshooters > Audio and run it.

    Check if that fixes the issue; if not:

    Go to Device Manager, take a screenshot, and post it here.
