i haver been trying remove bluetooth devices from my windows but it always fails

also it fails to connect or pair new devices

    To better help you and guide you to the right solution, could you please check and confirm the following details?

    • What is the make and model of your device?

    In the search bar, type MSINFO32 and hit Enter.

    Please share a screenshot of that window.

    • Press Windows + X and choose Device Manager.

    Click View > Show Hidden devices

    Expand Bluetooth Section.

    Take a screenshot and share it here.

    • What Bluetooth device are you trying to remove, and what exact error message do you receive?
