Try removing your connected device from the Devices & Printers section.
If you are still having issues,

Open the Device Manager.
Expand the arrow next to Bluetooth.
If you see your Bluetooth device in the list, right-click the device and select 'Uninstall'.
If the device is missing in the lists, (Click view > hidden devices check box), uninstall all of the hidden devices in the lists and restart your computer.
