Guardian Payment Approval Not Processing

Question

I tried to make a purchase from the Microsoft Store, but because I am too young to have my own bank account, I used the Ask a Parent option so my guardian could complete the payment. My guardian received the link and entered their payment details, but nothing happened after they submitted them. Since then, every time I click the Ask button again, it only displays "Working on it... It looks like this was approved. It should get added in a bit," and never completes the purchase. I have waited, but the issue has not resolved itself.
