Screen recording android intune

Question

We have Microsoft Intune configured to prevent users from starting screen recordings on their iOS and Android devices when accessing corporate data. Users are able to record content from their personal device screens, but as soon as they open an application within the work/company profile, the screen recording automatically stops. This is the expected behaviour based on our current configuration.

We are now trying to create an exclusion group that would allow specific users to record their screens across both personal and work applications. However, we have been unable to identify the correct Intune setting to achieve this.

We initially believed the setting was related to the screen capture/screen recording restriction and enabled it for the exclusion group, but this did not have the desired effect. Is there another policy or setting that needs to be configured to allow screen recording for selected users while maintaining the restriction for everyone else?
