I still have Windows 10 Pro on my computer (and have no plans whatsoever of upgrading to Windows 11) and I use Office 2007 Word for all of my documents. I have 508 epub books on my computer. Due to the way File Explorer alphabetizes I have downloaded a book more than once because I didn't see it in the correct sorted order. As an example:
Unexpected Circumstances
Unexpected Complications
Unexpected
Any one who has ever sorted alphabetically for a job knows that the first list should be Unexpected followed by the other two. Is there any way to force File Explorer to correctly alphabetize files?

The root of the problem is in using not <grammar> (linguistic) sorting but some technical <UNICODE> sorting which should be identical for any language and any locale. I've seen a detailed information in former "Sort It All Out" blog of Michael Kaplan but do not remember the exact post. Michael passed away in 2015 but a mirror of his blog is live still.
