Disabling external adverts and promotions from Outlook Clients (organisation wide)

I'm looking for an organisational wide fix to prevent outlook trying to onboard personal devices, even though we block it, we cannot control the message from Outlook/Microsoft 'Get Outlook on your Phone' appearing in outlook in the 'advert' space

we don't want it, we've created settings to control our users from not using personal devices, but we still get these adverts that are unaware of these settings

doing this on a device by device case is unviable

Is there a setting that can be deployed?
or a domain that can be blackholed ?
or something else that gives me my outcome ?

gratefully, I'm not looking for a manual per-device fix - I'm looking for a solution that can be applied like any other enterprise setting applied - thank you so much.

@Carroll Thanks for posting in our Q&A. For this issue, it is not related to Windows 365. It is more related to office.

For your requirement, I have done a lot of research. This is likely what you are looking for.
    https://learn.microsoft.com/en-US/outlook/troubleshoot/installation/how-to-remove-get-and-set-up-outlook-mobile-app-on-my-phone-option

And From your description, I know that you want to make it via an organizational method. Are these device managed by intune? If yes, it is suggested to try to configure the setting "Disable Outlook Mobile Hyperlink" in Administrative Templates profiles in intune portal.

    Hope it will help.
