SSPR Tool - Verification Step 2 > Verification Code not working
When using the wizard of the SSPR tool to reset my password, the second verification step which consists in entering the passcode generated in the corresponding account in the Authenticator app gets rejected with the following error message:
"The verification code you entered is incorrect. Try again, or choose a different verification method."
However, when switching from entering the passcode to approving a push notification, the verification check is successful.
I do know that the most common issue with a passcode being rejected is due to time sync, but this is not the case here, and further users have confirmed they get the same error message.
Are you aware of this issue and if so, has this already been reported officially?
