Error to Edit Group setting

I would like to modify the group settings, but an error message appears whenever I try to make the change.

Please find the attached screenshot.

Specifically, under Delivery Management, I am attempting to change the sender option from "Only allow messages from people inside my organization" to "Allow messages from both inside and outside the organization."

Since the same issue occurs with multiple groups, it does not seem to be related to any specific group.
Could you please help investigate the issue?

Have you tried making the change via PowerShell? Here's the corresponding cmdlet:

Set-DistributionGroup DG -RequireSenderAuthenticationEnabled $true

or for Microsoft 365 Groups:

Set-UnifiedGroup default -RequireSenderAuthenticationEnabled $true
