I have a primary business account that I am directed to when I log in. How do I find my MS personal account that I set up but can't access?

1/ When you say "log in", are you referring to:

Signing in to your Windows device?

Signing in to an Office 365 desktop application such as Outlook, Word, or Teams?

Option 1: Sign in using a private or InPrivate browser window

Open a private or InPrivate browser window.

Go to https://account.microsoft.com

Enter the email address or phone number that you believe was used for the personal Microsoft account.

If you are prompted to choose an account type, select Personal account.

Check whether you can successfully access the account.

Option 2: Create a separate browser profile for your personal account

If your browser is already signed in with your business account, it may automatically direct you to that account. Using separate browser profiles can help keep your work and personal accounts independent.

Open your web browser > Select your profile icon in the upper right corner.
