    No, you will not lose your email address, but!

    If your mailbox is over the free storage limit, outlook may stop receiving new mail until you clean up space.

    Similar, if you are over the OneDrive limit, syncing stops.

    Your local office apps will go to read-only mode (you can use web apps though)
