Hi,

I am trying to run one .vb execution file through mainframe job using non interactive id on windows server 2025. The exe file is executing fine for Microsoft Excel standard 2013. But we are getting below exception when we install Microsoft 365 apps for enterprise

Exception from HRESULT: [Moderator note: Personal information removed]

at Microsoft.Office.Interop.Excel.WorkbookClass. SaveAs ()

Exception from HRESULT: [Moderator note: Personal information removed]

Also when we try to run exe file with Microsoft 365 manually, the exe is executing successfully. We are facing above error when we run exe through mainframe job using non interactive id.

    Hello @Shivani Kamble,

Based on your description, it appears that this issue requires a deeper investigation on the backend. I recommend reaching out to the Microsoft Technical Support Team for further assistance.

Their specialists can perform deeper diagnostics and, if needed, escalate the case to the appropriate internal team for further analysis. This ensures the issue is formally tracked and may contribute to a future fix.

For Education Support: You'll need to have a Microsoft 365 admin role to submit a request to Microsoft Support Team.

(Since the thread is categorized under Education tag, the guidance below applies to organizational accounts. If your situation involves a personal Microsoft account, such as Outlook.com or Hotmail, please inform me so I can supply the appropriate instructions.)

I sincerely apologize for redirecting you to the Microsoft Technical Support Team. While I strive to assist as much as possible here in the forum, my resources are limited when it comes to backend-level diagnostics and advanced troubleshooting. Some issues require deeper technical analysis and access to internal tools that only the official support team can provide.
