My wife has a sign in account on our PC. I wish to install OUtlook classic for her using my 365 account. I have it working on her iPad and Phone, but i can't seem to get it on my PC. Is there a customer support number i can call for help.

Which specific version of Microsoft Office is this? I am not sure that you can install Office for two users on one and the same machine, if that is what you are trying to do.

Typically, if you want to share a subscription with a family member, you need a Microsoft 365 Family (or Premium) subscription and you invite your family member to share it, so that they can install on their devices. See https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/accounts-billing/subscriptions/share-your-microsoft-365-subscription .

    Hi! Let me help you.

Please follow the steps below to install Classic Outlook on your Wife's machine.

On the PC, sign in to your wife's Windows account (not yours) — the install needs to happen while she's the active Windows user.

Open a browser and go to https://m365.cloud.microsoft/apps (or microsoft365.com/apps).

Sign in with your Microsoft account — the one that holds the 365 subscription — since she'll be using your subscription license.

Click Install apps → Microsoft 365 apps. This downloads OfficeSetup.exe.

Run that installer, approve the "allow this app to make changes" prompt, and wait — it installs Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.

Once done, open Start → search "Outlook" → pick Outlook (classic) (not the one labeled "New"), and sign her in there.
