Hello,

I am trying to complete the Trusted Signing Public Identity Validation for my Azure Trusted Signing account. I received the email asking me to verify my email address and clicked the verification link within the 7-day validity period. Instead of completing the verification, the page only displays: "The request is blocked." Identity Validation ID: 9ee70e7f-e92... Correlation ID: 20260708T222218Z-179f8c78b4517kh5hC1CPHaz0w00000001z0000000002bqg I have already tried: - Microsoft Edge and Google Chrome - Incognito mode - Different networks (Wi-Fi and mobile) Could the Trusted Signing team please check my identity validation request and either unblock the email verification or issue a new verification email?

Thank you.

Update: The issue resolved itself. I repeatedly clicked the email verification link several times, and after a few attempts the verification finally went through successfully. I didn't make any other changes, so it may have been a temporary issue on Microsoft's side. Hopefully this helps anyone who encounters the same "The request is blocked" error.

Hi! Thanks for adding the update. Because the same link eventually succeeded without a browser, account, or network change, this was most likely a temporary verification or edge-protection issue. For anyone seeing it again, request a fresh verification email and record the correlation ID rather than repeatedly sharing the private link. If it continues across networks, Artifact Signing Support can inspect the validation request.
