How can I talk to the support team? I have tried the phone numbers and they now refer you to online pages. I need to talk to a human.

My access to my Onedrive account got suddenly blocked after files got lost during transfer. AI support does not let me contact a person. My files including valuable family photos for many years are blocked and I am still being charged monthly. I requested the issue to be reviewed by a human being and in less than a second from sending the request, I received an email stating that the issue has been reviewed by a human reviewer and the files have violated "Child Sexual Exploitation and Abuse" policy which could not be more irrelevant.

What should I do, the phone support is also sending me to online support. I am frustrated with this situation and don't know what to do.

May I ask if you have already tried signing in to the Microsoft Support website to contact support? If not, you can try contacting Microsoft Support this way:

Go to the official Microsoft Support page:

https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/contactus

Sign in with your Microsoft account, choose OneDrive, then select Get Home support. Microsoft will usually show self-help options first. If those articles do not resolve the issue, you can see a Contact Support button at the bottom of the page. Click that button, and you can select a method that is suitable for you to contact support.
