I am the owner of an active Microsoft 365 Family subscription, but my OneDrive account is only showing 5 GB of storage instead of the storage included with Microsoft 365 Family. Could you please check whether the OneDrive storage benefit has been correctly assigned to my account?

    Hi,

If you recently subscribed to Microsoft 365 Family, please note that it can take up to 48 hours for your OneDrive storage to update.

If more than 48 hours have passed and your storage has still not been updated, please try signing out of OneDrive and then signing back in to refresh your account status.

If the issue persists, could you please check whether your storage is updated when you sign in to OneDrive on the web?

If not, I recommend contacting Microsoft Support directly so they can verify your subscription and investigate why the additional storage has not been applied to your account.

    Click this link: https://support.microsoft.com/contactus/

Sign in to your Microsoft account.

Select Microsoft 365 > Click 'Get home support'.

Type "Chat with an agent" from the text field and press Enter.

Click "Contact support" at the bottom.

Select the product you need help with.

Follow the prompts to connect with a live agent or request a call back.
