iam not able to open ms word and mexcel . i have tried repairing but still not working in my computer

    Hi, Did you try both Quick Repair and Online Repair for Microsoft Office? Also, what exactly happens when you open Microsoft Word or Microsoft Excel? Do you get any error or do they just not open?

    If you haven’t tried yet, I recommend doing an Online Repair (this is more thorough than Quick Repair):

    Go to Control Panel > Programs > Programs and Features

    Select Microsoft Office > Change > Choose Online Repair

    If the Online Repair still doesn’t fix it, the next best step would be to completely uninstall Office from Control Panel and reinstall it from the Microsoft website: https://support.microsoft.com/office/lifecycle/officeinstall/download-install-or-reinstall-microsoft-365-or-office-2024-on-a-pc-or-mac
