Microsoft Outlook is permanently showing WORKING OFFLINE.- SEND RECEIVE ERROR.

The recommends concerning 'Open Microsoft Outlook, go to Send and Receive Folder and change back to WORKING ONLINE does not work. There is no facilities to do so.

This seems to be a Permanent Problem with no resolve.

Please advise

Thank you, good effort. Now follow the arrow, and click the send receive all folders, which should be on the left once you press the Send Receive. Send a screenshot of that, please.User's image

Thanks for the lot of details that "may" help solve the problem.

Can you please take a moment and let me know about the email provider?

Again: Click the Send Receive All folders button. A pop-up will appear. Send a screenshot of that popup that straightaway tells what the problem is.

    Hi,

I can totally understand the frustration it must be causing. Let me work with you to find a solution.

Are you using New Outlook or Classic Outlook? I assume Classic Outlook since it has the Work Offline feature.

    1. Who is the Email Provider of the account?
    2. Have you done any troubleshooting steps?

    STEP 1:

    1. Press Windows + R, type outlook.exe /safe, and press Enter.
    2. If Outlook opens normally and is no longer stuck in Working Offline, disable any unnecessary COM add-ins by going to File > Options > Add-ins. and verify.

    STEP 2:

Verify the Internet connectivity of the machine. If needed, try disconnecting and reconnecting to the network.

I’m eager to hear back and work together to find a solution.
