Dear Microsoft. Because my phone was completely reset and apparently the backup option on the Authenticator is not automatically on, I do not have any of my connected links to the application. How can I know retrieve it? I am especially looking for the Instagram one. Because I also do not have any back up codes due to it being reset. Is it possible you can restore the connection/link somehow?

2026-07-09T14:26:45.7466667+00:00 I find it strange that the back up option is not automatically turned on. And the apps go in a loop: try another way still sends you to the Authenticator app.
