I sign in to outlook and I can't get my emails. How do I get my emails

    Please first check if your emails appear in Outlook on the web here: https://outlook.live.com/mail

    This will help confirm if the issue is with your mailbox/account or only with the Outlook mobile app.

    Also, may I ask:

    1. Can you sign in successfully on Outlook web?
    2. Do you see any error message in the Android app?
    3. Are you missing all emails, or only new incoming emails?
