Question

I purchased a Microsoft 365 Personal one-year subscription from the Apple Memorial City store in Houston on July 6, 2026. When I redeem the 25-character key at microsoft365.com/setup, I receive “TokenNotFound” and Microsoft does not recognize the key. I have the original Apple receipt and product packaging

Could you please try redeeming the key using another web browser or in an incognito/private browsing mode?

Open a private browsing window in any web browser and go to:

https://setup.office.com/redeem/enter-key

1. Click Get started and enter your 25-character product key.
2. Sign in with your Microsoft account and redeem the product key.

If the product is already added, you can visit the Microsoft account Services & Subscriptions page to check if the subscription is associated with your account.
