Audio problem hearing

I can not hear the audio on my headset from my Windows tab. I can hear audio with calls, Teams app etc.

2/ Are you unable to hear audio from all Windows applications, or only from a specific application or browser tab?

Option 1: Restart the device and reconnect the headset

Disconnect the headset from the device > Restart the Windows device completely.

After the device starts, ensure the headset is powered on if applicable.

Reconnect the headset.

Test audio playback again.

Option 2: Check the volume for the affected browser or application

Sometimes a specific browser tab or application may be muted while other apps continue to play audio normally.

Select the speaker icon on the taskbar > Open Volume Mixer.

Locate the browser or application where the issue occurs.

Verify it is not muted.

Ensure the volume level is turned up appropriately.

Test audio again.

Option 3: Verify the correct audio output device

Open Windows Settings > Select System > Select Sound.

Under Output, choose your headset as the active playback device.

Confirm the volume is not muted and is set to an audible level.

Test audio playback.
