Authenticator Issue

Question

I have been having problems with my authenticator, at the beginning I put a qr code but I deleted the application thinking that I would not use it anymore, to my surprise every time I need to open a file it sends me a code but when I try to put my account again (manually) I get nothing, it seems as if they were two different accounts. I tried to search again to put the code of where I'm working but I just didn't know what else to do. I need to have access and that my account receives the codes to access the files but no matter how much I try to enter nothing happens.
