windwos 11 non funziona l'autoplay mi hanno detto di verificare la finestra servizi e vedere se è stato abilitato Shell Hardware Detection.

Ma tra i servizi non compare Shell Hardware Detection

    Check if the service actually exists. Open Command Prompt as Admin and run this command:

    You need to type: sc query ShellHWDetection

    Press enter, you Should see a validation there please copy and paste the result

    Ho altre tre domande da farti:

    Prova con un'altra unità flash USB (se ne hai una) per escludere un problema con l'unità stessa.

    Prova con una porta USB diversa, preferibilmente una porta USB direttamente sul computer anziché tramite un hub.

    Quando inserisci l'unità USB, viene visualizzata in Esplora file sotto "Questo PC" anche se non compare la notifica di AutoPlay?

    Benvenuto nel forum di domande e risposte di Microsoft.

    Ho verificato il file .txt e risulta che il servizio è installato e in esecuzione. Pertanto, il problema di AutoPlay non è causato dall'assenza o dall'arresto del servizio di rilevamento hardware della shell.

    Puoi controllare le impostazioni di AutoPlay andando su Impostazioni > Bluetooth e dispositivi > AutoPlay? Assicurati che l'opzione "Usa AutoPlay per tutti i dispositivi e i supporti" sia attivata.

    Posso chiederti come fai a verificare se AutoPlay non funziona?

    Non funziona autoplay - lo strano è che Shell Hardware Detection non è presnete nell'elenco dei servizi
