Microsoft 365 features that help users manage their subscriptions, account settings, and billing information.
Hello Joybrata Basak
I can see that you are having trouble Problem related to
I understand how frustrating this is, especially when the Game Pass offer came with the laptop and you have already tried different browsers and private browsing.
Here are what you can do:
- Make sure the country/region on your Microsoft account, Windows, Microsoft Store, and card billing address all match. Payment methods are not supported equally in every region, and Microsoft recommends changing the account country before adding a card issued in another country.
- Confirm with your bank that the debit card supports online, international, and recurring subscription payments, and ask whether the verification request is being blocked. Additional bank verification may be required before a transaction can complete.
- Temporarily disable any VPN, ad blocker, pop-up blocker, or strict third-party cookie protection, since the bank authentication page may need to open in a separate window or embedded frame.
- Try adding the card directly under Microsoft account Payment options, rather than through the Game Pass claim screen. Select Add a new payment method, enter the billing details exactly as recorded by the bank, and then return to Microsoft Store to claim the offer.
- If available, try another supported payment method.
The bundled offer should normally be redeemed from Microsoft Store > Library > Included with device on the eligible laptop.
