Question

I redeemed a Minecoin gift card a few months ago, and ever since then, it has stayed out of stock, and I haven't been able to get another one. Why is that?. My second question is: I signed up for Microsoft Rewards because there was an advertisement offering to redeem Roblox gift cards for points, but to this day, I still don't see anywhere I can redeem my points for a Roblox gift card. Why is that?.

As per checking regarding the Minecoin gift card, once you redeemed it a few months ago, the item likely went out of stock due to limited availability. Microsoft Rewards offers gift cards and digital codes in batches, and when demand is high, they can remain out of stock for long periods until new inventory is added. This is normal behavior and not an error with your account.

In the meantime, as for the Roblox gift card, Microsoft Rewards promotions sometimes advertise items that are only available in certain regions or for limited times. Even if you saw an advertisement, the option may not appear in your catalog if it is not currently offered in your country or if the promotion has ended, which could be one of the reasons why you do not see a way to redeem points for Roblox gift cards now.
