I am currently taking Azure AI course and am unable to use a specific model for a project. I receive a message regarding my subscription. If I upgrade my subscription will this solve the issue?

    if the mistral small 2503 plan isn't available in a Free Azure Subscription switching to a Pay-As-You-Go Azure Subscription mihht help.
