Error opening microsoft word

Word keeps giving me an error, but when I click "repair now" nothing happens for a while until word is closed off but not fixed

    Hello,

    Go to Windows Settings > Apps > Installed Apps.

    Locate the Microsoft 365, click on the three dots > Modify.

    Then run the Online Repair option. See if that addresses the issue afterwards.

    If not, click on the three dots, uninstall this time.

    Restart the computer, and reinstall.

    Please go to https://www.office.com Sign into the Microsoft account you used for the subscription. Click on the 9-dot icon on the upper left > More apps.

    Then on the upper right, click on "Install apps". This will now download the installer file.

    Once downloaded, click on the file to install. It will install the Desktop version of the apps for you then.
