i have had ******@live.com for many many year under jane doe, i use this email for all my spam account and video game account. you guys deleted it or shut it off and i dont have acess to it and its causing havick in my life
how do i get this account turned back on?

it looged me out and then it wont let me log in , i think what happend was microsoft wanted me to verifiy my account and add recovery details and personal information to that email and its supposed to be a seperate email address i use for spam and game accounts and i am locked out of it,

Please open your browser in Incognito or InPrivate mode, then go to https://account.live.com and sign in. Tell me exactly what happens and what the message says. Please share a screenshot if possible. There can be so many different sign-in issue scenarios, and the exact wording matters.
Also, please avoid rating the reply as not resolving the issue while I am still gathering information and trying to understand what is happening.

What do you mean by Microsoft shuts it? Have you signed into this account at all during the last two years? What happens when you try to sign in? What does it say?
