I cannot access my account.

Or more correctly I have two email addresses and keep on moving between them.

On continued tries get taken back to an old account

    Hi Glen Lehman

It sounds like the browser may be reusing the old account’s saved session. Please try signing out completely, then open an InPrivate/Incognito window and sign in using the exact email address for the account you want.

If access still fails, use the Microsoft Sign-in Helper for that specific address.

Please note that this is a user-to-user support forum. Moderators and contributors, including external Microsoft employees, are not allowed to directly interfere with Microsoft product features or access back-end systems. Our role is limited solely to providing technical guidance on reported incidents, requests, or ideas.

Also, are these two separate personal accounts, or one personal and one work/school account? Separate accounts cannot be merged, but the correct next steps depend on the account types.

Hope to hear from you soon.
