Copilot in Excel

"My Microsoft account shows Microsoft 365 Family Classic. Copilot does not appear in Word or Excel, and there is no Copilot or AI credits information on my account. Can you verify whether my subscription includes Copilot and whether the Copilot entitlement is provisioned?"

I understand that your Microsoft account shows Microsoft 365 Family Classic, but Copilot is not available in Word or Excel, and your account does not display any AI-credit information.

Microsoft 365 Family Classic does not include Copilot in Microsoft 365 apps or the monthly AI-credit allowance. Therefore, it is expected that Copilot does not appear in Word or Excel and that no AI-credit information is shown in the account.

If you want these features, consider switching to the current Microsoft 365 Family plan or Microsoft 365 Premium using the same Microsoft account. The current Family plan includes Copilot and 60 AI credits per month for the subscription owner. Also note that AI benefits are only available to the subscription owner and cannot be shared with others.
