Activation issue

I have Microsoft office and it says I am activated but I am not. Can someone walk me thru this over the phone?

    There is a support chat at https://support.microsoft.com/contactus . Note that getting assistance from your peers in the forum is usually faster, though.

    If Office is installed, start Word and click File > Account. Does the Office product indicate that it isn't activated?

    Hi!

    Did you purchase the Microsoft Office license recently, or did you already have a license?

    Did you buy your license from Microsoft, a retail store, or a third party?

    Do you have Office 2021/2024 or Microsoft 365?

    Are you trying to activate your license on a new computer?

    If it is not a new computer, have you used Office on it before, or is this the first time you are purchasing a license and installing it?
