I have a licence, I am ask to exchange it setup.office.com, but when I want to download the application on 64bit, it says "service unavailable, we have currently some technical problem" that is now 2 days and then I found that it is not the first time it happens when I searched on internet.

Which website is working ?

    What is the specific name of the Office product you are trying to install and activate? In particular, volume licenses must be activated via Office deployment; see https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/office/ltsc/2024/deploy .
