Account lost because did not backup app to iCloud

I changed new telephone and did not back up authenticator app to iCloud. IG on new telephone requires log-in with authenticator, but there’s no information of my IG account in authenticator app. I also did not save the backup codes provided when first setting up authenticator app in IG. What can I do to fix this problem? I cannot access my IG account for many days. Please help!

    With no backup to restore you're likely left with using whatever recovery process the "IG account" service provides.
